  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Put the egg whites, sugar, vanilla extract and salt in blending bowl.
  3. Cover blending bowl with both lids (mixing lid and the lid attached to the arm of the Babycook) to prevent any extra food from coming out of the pour spout.
  4. Pulse to blend only until mixture becomes frothy.
  5. Add coconut in; pulse-blend, scraping the sides as needed, until combined.
  6. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Shape coconut mixture into 1 - 1 1/2 inch balls.
  8. Place them about 1 inch away from each other on the cookie sheet.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
