Bok Choy, Ginger and Chicken Purée
Add bok choy and ginger to chicken and rice to create a protein and flavor-rich purée for baby. This recipe can also be used as a base for a meal for the entire family!
Ingredients
- 1 cup bok choy, chopped
- 1/4 cup chicken breast, cubed
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup rice
Instructions
- Put the bok choy, chicken and ginger in the steamer basket.
- Pour water into the tank (level 3).
- Start the cooking process.
- When the bok choy, chicken and ginger are cooked, put them in a bowl and set aside, reserving the cooking liquid.
- Put rice in the Rice, Pasta and Grain insert.
- Pour water into the tank (level 3) and 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons of water directly into the insert.
- Start the cooking process.
- When the rice is cooked, put it in the blending bowl with the bok choy, chicken and ginger.
- Blend, adding some of the cooking liquid to bring the purée to the desired consistency and blend.
