Beyond Baby's Egg Salad

Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 2 tbspn mayo we used Sir Kensington's avocado oil mayo
- 1 pinch Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 pinch mustard powder
- 1 pinch papkria
- 1/2 slice picke chopped finely
- sriracha drizzle
Instructions
- Place eggs into steam basket
- Fill water up to level 3 and press the steam button on the regular steam cycle
- Once done, place eggs into cool water for 10 minutes
- Peels eggs and place into bowl. Smash with fork until texture is even
- Add in your mayo, salt, and pepper. Mix with fork.
- Optional: add mustard seed, paprika, and dill pickle to give your salad more of a deviled egg salad twist
- Place on a piece of toast, bell pepper boat or any other way you'd like and enjoy!
