Baby's Potato Gratin, French Style
We love potatoes, especially when they're served with cheese (who doesn't?)- we think that baby will, too!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup potato cubed
- 1 tablespoon onion cubed
- 2 tablespoons roquefort cheese crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Put the potato and onion in the steamer basket.
- Pour water into the tank (level 3).
- Start the cooking process.
- Mix the onions with the cheese.
- Layer potatoes in the bottom of an oven-safe ramekin and coat them with the onion-cheese mixture.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
