Baby's Creamy Brussels Sprouts
Everyday we're brusselin! With this recipe that is. This puree is not only a great source of Fiber and Antioxidants, it tastes delicious too!
Ingredients
- 8 brussels sprouts
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt or greek yogurt for thicker consistency.
Instructions
- Steam brussels sprouts on water level 2 for 10 minutes.
- Place brussels sprouts into the blending bow.
- Add in the parmesan cheese, yogurt, and spritz of lemon juice into the bowl.
- Blend everything together, adding a little water to get desired consistency.
