A quick, refreshing and healthy recipe. This makes a fabulous purée for baby, but try it for mommy too!

Instructions

  1. Put the shrimp (peeled and deveined) in the steamer basket
  2. Pour water into the tank (level 3) and start the cooking process.
  3. When the shrimp is cooked, transfer it to the blending bowl.
  4. Add the cucumber, tomato, avocado, cilantro and lime juice into the blending bowl.
  5. Pulse blend until the desired consistency and blend is reached.

    Great recipe especially when I realized I had to add avocado. They forgot to put it in the ingredient list so I had to guess how much to use. No big deal though lol
