A quick, refreshing and healthy recipe. This makes a fabulous purée for baby, but try it for mommy too!
Ingredients
Instructions
- Put the shrimp (peeled and deveined) in the steamer basket
- Pour water into the tank (level 3) and start the cooking process.
- When the shrimp is cooked, transfer it to the blending bowl.
- Add the cucumber, tomato, avocado, cilantro and lime juice into the blending bowl.
- Pulse blend until the desired consistency and blend is reached.
