Avocado Cucumber Soup

Ingredients
- 1 avocado pitted and cubed
- 1 cucumber sliced
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro optional
- 1 jalepeno minced, optional
- 1 - 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 cup yogurt
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Put the avocado, cucumber and lime juice in the blending bowl.
- Pulse to blend, using the Babycook's spatula to scrape down sides as needed.
- Add all the ingredients, except the water, pulsing to combine and scraping the sides as necessary.
- Add water in 1/2 cup increments until the desired consistency is reached.
