Avocado and Coconut "Nice" Cream

  1. Put the coconut milk in the fridge overnight.
  2. Put the avocado and lemon juice in the blending bowl.
  3. Pulse-blend until a smooth consistency is reached.
  4. Add the coconut milk cream to the blending bowl; pulse-blend to combine until thoroughly blended.
  5. Pour into Multiportions containers and freeze for approximately an hour and a half, or until frozen (but not frozen solid).
  6. Before serving, add desired amount of nice cream back into the blending bowl and pulse-blend until a smooth consistency is reached.
