Artichoke and Quinoa Purée
Artichokes are delicious; however, they contain fiber that cannot be digested. In some people, this can cause bloating so if your baby shows discomfort after eating this recipe you may blend the artichokes with more quinoa.

Artichoke and Quinoa Purée
Artichokes are delicious; however, they contain fiber that cannot be digested. In some people, this can cause bloating so if your baby shows discomfort after eating this recipe you may blend the artichokes with more quinoa.
Ingredients
- 1 cup artichoke hearts defrosted and sliced
- 3 tablespoons quinoa uncooked
- 2 tablespoons goat cheese
- pinch chives chopped
Instructions
- Put the artichoke hearts in the steamer basket.
- Pour water into the tank (level 3).
- Start the cooking process.
- When the artichoke hearts are cooked, put them in a bowl and set it aside, reserving the cooking liquid.
- Put the quinoa in the Rice, Pasta and Grain insert.
- Pour 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons water directly into the insert, and pour water into the tank (level 3) .
- Start the cooking process.
- When the quinoa is cooked, put it in the blending bowl with the artichoke hearts, fresh goat cheese and chives.
- Add some of the cooking liquid to bring the purée to the desired consistency and blend.
