This French-inspired trifle stimulates the taste buds and introduces baby to new textures and flavors!

  1. Put the apricots in the steamer basket.
  2. Pour water into the tank (level 2).
  3. Start the cooking process.
  4. Meanwhile, heat the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  5. Once the butter is melted, add the oatmeal and sugar.
  6. Stir constantly until the mixture becomes caramel.
  7. Pour caramel into a heatproof container and let it cool.
  8. When the apricots are cooked, put them in the blending bowl, reserving the cooking liquid.
  9. Add cooking liquid, if necessary, to bring the purée to the desired consistency and blend.
  10. In a small glass, layer apricot purée, cream cheese and then caramel.
  11. Repeat until all ingredients are used up.
