apple crumble

Here’s our take on the classic apple crumble – it includes apricots, and is simplified for baby!

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrhenheit.
  2. Put the apples and apricots in steamer basket.
  3. Pour water into tank (level 2).
  4. Start the cooking process.
  5. When the apples and apricots are cooked, put them in the blending bowl. If your baby is under 8 months, this is a good stopping point- add to the Multiportions tray or any other oven-safe baking dish.
  6. Combine butter, flour and spices until the consistency is that of breadcrumbs.
  7. Sprinkle butter/flour combination on top of fruit.
  8. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes or until the crumble topping is browned.
