Apple and Rhubarb
Rhubarb is not commonly introduced to children; however, it can easily be sweetened by fruit and even a sprinkle of sugar. Rhubarb contains lots of fiber which is healthy for both children and adults!

Rhubarb is not commonly introduced to children; however, it can easily be sweetened by fruit and even a sprinkle of sugar. Rhubarb contains lots of fiber which is healthy for both children and adults!
Ingredients
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Put the apples in the steamer basket.
- Pour water into the tank (level 3).
- Start the cooking process.
- When the apples are cooked, place them in the bottom of a ramekin.
- Put the rhubarb, milk and butter in a small saucepan.
- Heat until butter is melted.
- Add the beaten egg, flour and sugar while stirring.
- Pour rhubarb-egg mixture into the ramekin.
- Place the ramekin in the oven; bake for 30-35 minutes.
