Babycook NEO Recall Program

For the last 30 years, BEABA’s goal has been to make parent’s lives easier with quality made baby feeding gear and accessories. Our products are designed not only to meet, but to exceed standards. As such, our products are rigorously tested to ensure we provide our consumers with safe products to make their jobs as parents easier.

After receiving feedback from parents, we discovered that the Babycook Neos could suffer glass breakage during or after usage. The reference codes 912645 and 912646 can be used to identify the models affected. This code is located on the bottom of the unit, on a sticker with Beaba written in the upper left hand corner and is identified by “Ref:” This issue affects all Babycook Neos purchased between July 2018 and February 2019 in the United States and Canada.

Working closely with the CPSC, we have issued a voluntary product recall on Beaba Babycook Neo. In the interest of safety, we are encouraging consumers who purchased this affected product to contact Beaba to exchange their unit’s glass bowl for a new and improved bowl. All original bowls should be immediately destroyed. Please keep your lid and blade, however, as these will not be replaced.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused our consumers and appreciate their understanding in this matter.

Determine if your Babycook NEO is included in the recall:

If you purchased a Babycook Neo (Reference Number 912645 and 912646) between July of 2018 and February of 2019 (verified by your receipt or other proof of purchase), your unit is affected. You can find the reference number on the bottom of your unit on a sticker with Beaba written in the upper left hand corner and is identified by “Ref:912645” or “Ref:912646”

Bowl Exchange Process:

Consumers are asked to fill out the form below, and upload 2 photos:

  • A photo of the Reference Code on the bottom of the unit
  • Proof of Purchase: This can be a receipt, an order confirmation or a screenshot of the fulfilled item on your registry will suffice as long as it has a date for the registry.

Within 5-7 business days, you will receive an email confirming the shipment of your replacement bowl. Please remove your blade and lid from your original bowl and then destroy your original bowl. Your new bowl will NOT come with a new blade and lid.
