Babycook NEO Recall Program

For the last 30 years, BEABA’s goal has been to make parent’s lives easier with quality made baby feeding gear and accessories. Our products are designed not only to meet, but to exceed standards. As such, our products are rigorously tested to ensure we provide our consumers with safe products to make their jobs as parents easier.

After receiving feedback from parents, we discovered that the Babycook Neos could suffer glass breakage during or after usage. Thus, working closely with the CPSC, we have issued a voluntary recall on the Beaba Babycook Neo.

This issue affects the following product UPC codes: 812995013206 and 812995013213. This 12-digit number is located under the barcode on the bottom of the product box, below the “North America” section, and additionally on the purchase receipt/email. These products were purchased between July 2018 and February 2019 in the U.S. and Canada.

In the interest of safety, we are encouraging consumers who purchased this affected product to contact Beaba to exchange their unit’s glass bowl for a new and improved bowl. All original bowls should be immediately destroyed. Please keep your lid and blade, however, as these have not been affected and do not need to be replaced.

*Please note we voluntarily removed all products from the market starting March 2019. The new and updated model was re-introduced back to the market in June 2019. All products purchased June 2019 and later have no issues. Units with codes 812995014890 and 812995014906 have NOT been affected.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused our consumers and appreciate their understanding in this matter.

Bowl Exchange Process:

Consumers are asked to fill out the form below, and upload the following:

  • A photo of the UPC Number on the bottom of the product box
  • A photo of the Serial Number on the bottom of the unit
  • Proof of Purchase: This can be a receipt, an order confirmation or a screenshot of the fulfilled item on your registry will suffice as long as it has a date for the registry.

Within 5-7 business days, you will receive an email confirming the shipment of your replacement bowl. Please remove your blade and lid from your original bowl and then destroy your original bowl. Your new bowl will NOT come with a new blade and lid.
