Wonderful customer service for a great product! I have been using the Beaba baby cook duo for months now and absolutely love love it. The product cooks food perfectly for my baby and the actual piece is small and does not take up a lot of space. When the entire cooker fell off the counter and the top broke, I reached out to Beaba customer service and instantly received a response about the spare parts available for purchase. This was such great news that I did not have to buy the entire cooker again! The parts shipped fast and were easy to replace. So incredibly happy with this product!! Highly recommend !

Very easy to install! My brother in law accidentally dropped my Beaba and I almost freak out when I saw it broke and wasn’t working. I purchased this piece, watch a video on how to replace it, and… voilà! I can keep cooking for my little one! It was really easy to install. The only problem I found is that the color I wanted was out of stock and I purchased the cloud color for the mint beaba, which is still a nice fit.
