WhyBought it be off these thinking my one month old baby cook needed a replacement already since the lid kept popping open mid steam cycle. Unfortunately it didn’t fix the problem. I tried to email support to have it fixed under the manufacturer warranty instead they send me a lengthy email and picture/video link to troubleshoot the problem. And if that wasn’t enough they wanted me to send them a video of me actually doing the troubleshooting. Seriously?!
For a nearly $200 product I would have expected better quality and better customer service. I loved how easy the cook made making baby food, but everything else is a disappointment.
