Returns Policy

We want to make sure you love our products, so if for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we can accept returns for up to 30 days after your order date (less the cost of shipping).

The following items cannot be returned to BÉABA USA for a refund:

  • Items not purchased on**
  • Items purchased on final sale
  • Used items or items without original packaging intact
  • Items without receipt or proof of purchase
  • Items returned without a return authorization number
  • International orders


To return an item, please email with your order number and items to be returned. You will then receive a return authorization number with instructions, as well as a prepaid FedEx Smartpost shipping label.

Once your item is received and inspected by our Customer Care Team, your claim will be processed and a credit or refund will be issued for the value of the products (less an $8 return shipping fee), within 7 to 14 business days.

*Please note: We are not able to offer exchanges at this time. Instead, you may request a return for your original item(s) and then place a new order on our site.
**BÉABA products purchased at one of our retail partners must be returned directly to the retailer.
