Shipping Policy

After placing your order, please allow for 2-3 business days for processing, prior to shipping. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been released to our warehouse for processing.

After your order has been shipped, depending on your selected ship method and delivery address, you can then expect to receive your order within:

  • FedEx SmartPost (Free Delivery): 2-7 business days
  • FedEx Ground: 2-5 business days
  • FedEx 2 Day: 2 business days
  • FedEx 3 Day: 3 business days
  • FedEx Overnight: 1 business day

Shipping FAQs

  • Can I ship to multiple addresses?

        No, not at this time. If you'd like to ship items to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each one.

 

  • Can I ship to a PO Box?

        No, we cannot ship to a PO Box at this time.

 

  • Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

        No, changes cannot be made to an order once it's been submitted.

  • What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don't have my order?

  • I don’t live in the U.S. or Canada, can I still place an order?

       Not at this time.  Babycook operates on 110V electrical. If Babycook is used with an electrical converter, the warranty becomes invalid.
