Tropical Pineapple and Pomegranate Smoothie
This sweet and tangy smoothie combines fruit with carrot juice for a vitamin-packed treat for the whole family.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple (preferably frozen)
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup kale
- 1/2 - 1 cup milk of choice or carrot juice
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in the blending bowl.
- Pulse to blend, gradually adding milk of choice or carrot juice.
- Enjoy as a smoothie or pour mixture into Multiportions and freeze for approximately 30 minutes, or until firmly set but not completely frozen.
- Add a popsicle to each portion. Freeze until solid.
