  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Put the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in blending bowl and pulse-blend to combine.
  3. Pour bread crumb-Parmesan mixture into a small bowl.
  4. Dip zucchini slices into Italian dressing, then dip into bread crumb-Parmesan mixture (one by one) until fully coated.
  5. Arrange zucchini slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
