Here's a recipe that will be loved by all! This recipe is so versatile- it can be served to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, as well as kids and adults!
Ingredients
- 1 zucchini sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 2/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese finely grated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Put the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in blending bowl and pulse-blend to combine.
- Pour bread crumb-Parmesan mixture into a small bowl.
- Dip zucchini slices into Italian dressing, then dip into bread crumb-Parmesan mixture (one by one) until fully coated.
- Arrange zucchini slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
