Hearty and healthy, this persimmon and apple oatmeal will fill your little one up and give them a boost of vitamins A, C, E, and B6, as well as fiber, manganese, copper magnesium, copper, magnesium, potassium, and phosphorus.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 1/2 persimmons chopped
- 1/2 apple diced
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Put oatmeal, persimmons, and apple in the Rice, Grains and Pasta insert. Add 1/4 cups of water to the insert.
- Pour water into the tank (level 3).
- Start the cooking process.
- When the oatmeal is cooked, put in the blending bowl. Add cinnamon pulse blend just to combine, adding water to reach desired consistency.
