Mango Chia Pudding
We're loving this fiber and omega 3-filled Chia Mango Pudding recipe that's perfect for moms and older babies (12 months+)!

Ingredients
- 1 mango cubed
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 dash cardamom
Instructions
- Scoop flesh of 1 mango into the blending bowl and blend until smooth.
- Add the yogurt and cardamom and blend again.
- Scoop out the yogurt mango mixture into a bowl or container and mix in the chia seeds.
- Leave in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before eating.
