Butternut Squash, Salmon and Dill
Here's a savory dish for baby...when we saw this recipe by Annabel Karmel, we were inspired. Her Butternut Squash, Salmon and Dill recipe provides some great veggies for baby, but also may serve as baby's first introduction to salmon and dill.

Ingredients
- 1 cup onion cubed
- 3/4 cup butternut squash cubed
- 1/2 cup yellow pepper cubed
- 1 ounce salmon cubed
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill chopped
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
Instructions
- Put the onion, butternut squash, yellow pepper and salmon in the steamer basket.
- Pour water into the tank (level 3).
- Start the cooking process.
- When the vegetables and salmon are cooked, put them in the blending bowl, reserving the cooking liquid.
- Add the olive oil, dill and some of the cooking liquid to bring the purée to the desired consistency and blend.
