Our Multiportions are most commonly used for freezing purées, but did you know that you can also bake in them? Here’s a recipe that the whole family can enjoy!

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Put the flour, coconut sugar, baking powder and salt in the blending bowl.
  3. Pulse-blend to combine.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients in a large bowl.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, stirring well. Note that there will be clumps.
  6. Fold in the strawberries and blueberries.
  7. Add the mixture to the Multiportions until they are about 2/3 of the way full.
  8. Bake for about 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
