Our Multiportions are most commonly used for freezing purées, but did you know that you can also bake in them? Here's a recipe that the whole family can enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberries chopped
- 1/3 cup blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Put the flour, coconut sugar, baking powder and salt in the blending bowl.
- Pulse-blend to combine.
- Mix the wet ingredients in a large bowl.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, stirring well. Note that there will be clumps.
- Fold in the strawberries and blueberries.
- Add the mixture to the Multiportions until they are about 2/3 of the way full.
- Bake for about 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
