Smoothies are a fun way to make sure your little one is getting easy to digest nutrients. The bananas add potassium while the berries give this super tasty smoothie vitamins and a burst of sweetness. Plus, it's ready in 5 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 banana sliced
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in the blending bowl.
- Blend until smooth, adding additional milk if needed, and serve immediately.
